There are loads of videos of teams calls on youtube. Here's a longer one on Zoom instead of Teams, but pick any and play it on fullscreen to hide the youtube UI and nobody will bother you. Work in peace!

10x sneaky points if you record and then re-play one of your own internal meetings.

  • recognisable people if someone you know walks past
  • you have plausible deniability if you get caught so you can say you just needed to check some info that you can't remember from last week's meeting

Wouldn’t work for me as people passing by my desk constantly wave to people they know and they wave back. Only option would be to say I turned the camera off because I’m eating or something.
