Welcome to getting old, it just keeps getting worse then you die.

That’s not it at all. But you’ll see.
This is from 4Chan, so the guy who wrote it is probably like 22. If you eat nothing but garbage you're going to feel like garbage no matter how old you are. I'm middle aged and sure it affects me more now than when I was younger, but the post has nothing to do with getting old.
