Neurodivergent is a huge spectrum we're still figuring out. But what do you mean by fad ailment.

Genuinely curious about this scale, I'm sure there would be 4s and 5s but expect majority to be 1 or 4 depending on their context when they hear 'Apple'

Maybe start using a word when it has some meaning then.

But what do you mean by fad ailment.

"...like the magically disappearing “gluten intolerance” epidemic. People with no personalities substitute these things instead.". It's the height of fashion to have a minor ailment these days. Particularly if it's an unprovable one like this absurd nonsense.
