Is it? I just looked at the top three months for this comm and it wasn't posted even once.
Maybe pay more attention to where you are.
Maybe not on this instance but I tend to browse "everything" (not just "subscribed") since the Lemmyverse isn't that big.

Yeah, especially if someone isn't just cross-posting to multiple communities.
Natural reposts by different users in different communities are healthy and expected, especially on defederated social media (if you can call Lemmy that). It's nobody's personal feed.
