Glad you figured out what the issue was. Please post a comment that describes the issue and solution to said issue, so that other lemmings may be able to solve the problem themselves, if you have time. Thanks :)
I basically downloaded the meme and reupload it to catbox.moe. I then edited the post with the catbox URL since, apparently, imgur no longer allows direct linking and will take you to their site instead.
It seems like, right now, the main catbox.moe is down, but their image hosting is still working ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Why not just upload the meme to the instance?
The instance I'm on doesn't allow uploading because of CSAM being uploaded.
