Hopefully the capitol police has been trained since they were overwhelmed by a hoard of chuds and geriatrics 4 years ago.
Still to this day the only time I've ever seen riot control tools used to spec instead of fired in volleys at head level.
Sorry, what do you mean by spec? Spec ops was the closest I could find.
Not OP but it usually means to specification, ie as per specified standards/procedures.
I think you are correct. To spec made me think spec was being used as a verb. But it's definitely to specification as in used as intended. My bad. edit: typo
