What's the Mandela uhhh Effected thing here?
Cornucopia in the fruit of the loom logo
Is the effected part that the logo used to lack the cornucopia?
It lacks the cornucopia now, and from what I've gathered it is allegedly due to a sale and rebrand to distance the company from an ecological disaster.
It's never had the cornucopia in the logo.

It's pretty common for people's brains to want one to be there for some reason though. My guess is because we've seen so many similar pictures of fruit or vegetables spilling out of a cornucopia that we misremember and merge similar pictures.
How much can you trust snopes tho? For all we know, they could be in on it. I'm not american, I have never heard of this brand before, but I think the pro-cornucopia people have a more solid point.
I had some fruit of the loom underwear growing up, and while I can't remember if the logo had a cornucopia or not, I do remember the material sucked
