Is there some rule you can't touch the green with your dick
Kneeling on the green is highly likely to cause a huge divot from your knee. So sure you can lay down but if you cause a divot you have to fix it.
Yeah it counts as a stroke
Written? No. But this is a proper gentleman's sport here, it would be uncouth to sully the green's good name with one's genitalia.
