Yes, the UK should give back the last of its colonies. The Turkey one is ridiculous on its face. I don’t think you understand imperialism / colonialism.
Before Ceuta and Melilla were Spanish territory they were Portuguese.

If you want an honest answer about giving back Turkish territory in Europe, sure, they might as well since it makes little difference to the people there anyways as they're all still going to be subject to US/EU domination either way. If you want to talk about what Turkey should actually withdraw from, they should return what they illegally occupy from Syria first.
Why not "liberate" a part of you're own country. Give it to some other country. It doesn't matter if everyone there doesn't want it. Fuck them all and give it to another country.🤦♂️ Everyone in Ceuta and Melilla are as Spaniards as someone from Madrid. It'd be like asking the US to give back Alaska.
