I honestly wouldn't care if the male characters were fully nude, as long as it fits the style of the game and it is rated appropriately.
There was this TF2 style free to play shooter game a few years back called 'loadout' and literally the only thing I remember about it was you could be nude in the game with your dick swinging around while you lugged your machine gun around. It was very fun and fit well within the style of the game.
but as a tradeoff the characters in the game were ugly as fuck
