  • kde connect notification sync settings ain't working anymore -> fucked
  • wayland - fucked
  • taskbar in multimonitor setup after display standby -> fucked
  • simply shutting down my computer -> fucked
  • my favourite: position of desktop icons gets lost and randomized after display standby and so on since years for now - checked and worse!

Weird. I'm on Arch as well, and seeing nothing remotely like what you're experiencing. It's been buttery-smooth for me.

EndeavourOS checking in - no issues here either. Not exactly a top spec machine either ;-)

Interesting, I've not had any of these issues on Arch Linux. My experience is mostly smooth, not perfect, but not nearly as bad as yours. Mind providing more information on your hardware configuration? I'd also recommend going through your journald logs, you can use Kjournald and kdebugsettings for this.
