To prevent the possibility of being attacked in your home, leave your fobs at your front door, because they're breaking into your home to steal your car. They don't want anything else.

I think you mean corporation. They don't care about small business owners either, they only care if you're stealing from Walmart

Nah, local cops care about local businesses. The difference between a private home and a business being broken into is pretty big when it comes to response time.
