Everyone and their dog seems to know they did it why are there no consquences yet ?

Laws don’t really apply to large companies or the rich and powerful usually

It works on Drow rules. It's ok if everyone knows you did it, but only if it can't be proven with hard evidence. But if you get caught or it can be proven, you get cast out.... Unless you have money enough to not.
