Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.
Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.
There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.

I know this is a bit old. I just foundnout about this while paying off my Credit Card they allow certain charties to have 25% boost in reward points credit, and GLSEN's landing page now has an invalid security ticket which raises browsers alarms. So i went to research and Trump admin has effectively scared off 
Rainbow Crap-it-all-ism as the 
admin did during the 2008 financial crash.
That and every one is hurting now because of economic pressures so the first thing to go is usually charity and mutual aid donations as people tighten up their belts.
