Honestly though the coffee industry is really awful and I should probably stop drinking it

It's simply so abhorrent that it becomes a cognitohazard

We, the working class, should have voted for the anti-genocide candidate (there was one) and the fact that we didn't convince enough people that it is possible to elect them and to vote for them means we failed palestine. That is our failure.

We should have done better. Better was possible. We failed them.

But in the same way our government has failed us by not even having a non-genocide option that feels viable to most people. This is inherently democratic considering most people do not support genocide. You should be angry at the Democratic party most of all and you should be afraid because you now know that they are willing to abandon anyone they claim to protect. You should now know that their words are meaningless. If they are willing to slaughter these hundreds of thousands, what makes you thing they'll actually do anything to protect. Our rights are carrot they dangle in front of us and fascists are the stick they use to threaten us.

It's usually my therapist. Actually typically it is myself acting as my own therapist.

Not trying to antagonize, I just thought these graphs were relevant.

It should be noted that much of the "rest of the world's" emissions serve imperial powers and that is not reflected in these graphs. This makes it difficult to determine who is entirely responsible for what but the graphs are still useful

Hotels are quite literally liminal

They aren't the destination, they are the waiting room

I've had this reoccurring thing every year or so where I remember this book I read in like 5th - 6th grade that was really fucking good every year or so. I need to find it, I try every time but no amount of Googling thin recollections of its plot has got me anywhere.

Someone direct me to a guide for this shit because I have no idea how y'all do it

So my girlfriend has an Alexa and really likes it but I'm not comfortable living in a house with one. How much technical knowledge would I need to make a speaker that connects to a music player app and is voice activated because that is all she uses it for.

I figure I could hook up a raspberry pi to a speaker and add a mic and voice command software that I find somewhere but I've never actually done anything like this before.

How feasible is this
