Wenn du abends gerne kalt isst, warum nicht einfach das Eiweißbrot durch ein veganes ersetzen und mit veganem Belag (z.B. Hummus, Ajvar, Erdnussmuß/-butter, vegane Aufstriche, vegane Wurst/Käse belegen?

(Disclaimer: ich ernähre mich nicht 100% vegan, also kann ich dir nicht wirklich sagen, wie du das Eiweiß perfekt durch die gleiche Menge an pflanzlichem Eiweiß ersetzen kannst, falls das deine Frage ist)

This looks pretty promising, the only thing I miss from Barinsta is the customizeable and chronological view of the feed/a feed that only shows me the accounts I follow, but I guess I can live with that, thank you!

I've looked through most posts here and on reddit and it seems pretty bleak, but maybe someone here knows an app that's somehow miraculously unaffected by the rate limiting? I know I could just not use instagram at all, but I mostly use it to keep up with local and international activism and most of these organizations don't have their own website and it would suck to have to either reinstall the official app or use the desktop version just for that.

Es ist kein Slang sondern Dialekt. Ein plattdeutscher Dialekt um genau zu sein, ich kann dir allerdings nicht sagen welcher.

Is there any real security-minimizing reason why it's not wanted by the official app to have multiple mobile devices linked to one Signal account? (I'm not even talking about a second phone with another SIM card, I just wanna use it on my tablet).
I would appreciate a simple/ELI5 style explanation if there is one, I don't work in IT.
