Oooh it looks so good! ๐ฎ about the tree: for the leaves, I just do random tiny triangles/diamonds near each other, and then a bit of shading for depth. For the log, I try to make it look curved.
I really enjoyed your drawing, and I think I could even have a more indepth look of my own one that I did not notice before.
