I'm waiting for those workplaces to get fined or sanctioned... still waiting. Hmmm, I wonder why corporations, who are people by law, aren't being targeted in the same way as humans for the same crime.

So something did precipitate this attack, and the media never reported on that. It only reported on what happened after.

Yes, some people completely uninvolved with the initial provocation got attacked, but the point is the attack wasn't just some anti-Semitic pogrom. Also, the bigger point is the media reported on one thing with a very specific slant and didn't report the other thing at all.

As soon as I read the initial headlines all over every media outlet I went to see if anything precipitated the attacks, because I had a feeling this wasn't unprovoked.

I don't support violence against anyone, but I sure wouldn't paint this as an anti-Semitic attack. This was a group of hooligans who instigated the whole situation and got what they asked for.

Currently reading One Dark Window, the first book in the Shepherd King series by Rachel Gillig. It's fun and interesting, with a good magic system. The romance aspect is a little obvious and over-done at times, though.

I really liked Eyes of the Dragon when I read it 30 years ago. It was fun and different from his other works. It was maybe the second fantasy book I ever read, so the new type of world was eye opening to me at the time. Not sure how I'd like it now, but I really enjoyed it then.

They will just blame any and all negative repercussions on liberals and immigrants, continuing to vote in people who destroy their lives.

"We cant promise you much other than, if you visit us, we can guarantee you'll come back again !"

That's a really hard guarantee to live up to. It almost sounds like an ominous threat.

Yes, her name is already on the ballots, like RFK Jr is still on the ballots in many states, but the hope is her supporters will listen to her endorsement. Just because a person's name is on the ballot doesn't force people to vote for that person. Some people have voted already, some will continue to vote for her out of protest, some will continue to vote for her because they didn't hear she dropped out or didn't care. But the hope is enough people will hear that she dropped out and endorsed Harris that their votes will come through for Harris.

Response from Jill: Can you outbid Putin?

Maybe, maybe not. The fight could be a distraction to draw the air marshal into the open and into a vulnerable situation so that a highjacking can take place. As long as there isn't immediate danger of loss of life, they might choose to let some guy get punched in order to continue their primary job of protecting 300 other people. Or they might step in.

The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporter's demonization of Latinos.

Makes sense to me.
