Minor correction: the US has no left wing. Just far right and center right.
Elections are every two years in the US. The President is arguably the least important vote you cast.
Learn civics and engage politically at the local level.
Both Trump and Elon have body counts. Trump killed thousands upon thousands. Elon has killed dozens at least. Which has nothing to do with both of them slurping Putin's talking point alphabet soup down.
