I ran a half marathon at the end of September and then complained to my friends how running has ruined my summer and taken over my life. I grew pretty sick of it. So, now that that's out of my system,I feel refreshed and I laced up and ran 4mi over lunch earlier this week and it was wayyyy harder than it should have been hahaha! Looking like I've got some rebuilding to do.

Yeah, but the restrictions are also getting loosened to fill some of the positions. So we're getting the people we never thought should be on the police force either π¬ at least that's the case in Chicago. It makes for a worse experience over time.
Don't get me wrong, there is so much reform that's needed still. If there's an emergency I am calling the police, and I'd like someone who knows what they're doing to respond.
