Sign the “my body my choice” law. It allows you to choose where you can have an abortion. Tacked onto it, in small text, is a law that bans abortions. But hey, at least you could choose if you had those rights. Freedumb

That’s what Trump is, but see how that turned out 😬

€920,000 is just fine.

I assume each country would find that sweet spot for themselves. Either way that’s a crap ton of money. After that, taxes should be high.

I think we are on the wrong page.

By charging I mean the wage. Charging more for a kid. I can see how my choice of words was confusing.

Let me reword it:

Requiring that children under 18 get an additional wage of $5/hr per year they are under 18 (17 = +5, 16 = +10, etc) is a way to discourage companies from hiring underage workers by making them cost more.

I don’t think you know what a quote is

Can’t argue with that.

I think “rich” nowadays starts at $1m usd/y. No one really needs more than that. I think 90% is a bit steep, but that leaves a lot of wiggle room for negotiation.

That’s how Lemmy works. Most of us kind of agree on things. There aren’t many hard core religious or hard core republicans here. So we end up yelling at each other in frustration, establishing the left-leaning as the far right of Lemmy.

It’s hardly a pledge. It’s an “I’m just not willing to pay that much for so little, and over the past few years of rising prices, I’ve gotten used to getting by with less”

It’s obviously Joe Biden’s fault. Bridgocide Joe.

Harsh language isn’t tough.
