Is this for real? It seems outlandish but not entirely unconvincing.
I’ve heard it a few times. There was actually a study that seemed to indicate that.
I didn’t read into it because I love chewing ice. Plain honest fun. I don’t want to start taking iron supplements and suddenly lose the magic. But it’s out there for those willing to take that risk
