In Harry's year, there were Hannah Abbott (marries Neville), Susan Bones (Amelia's niece), Justin Finch-Fletchley (petrified in CoS), Ernie Macmillan (pompus), and Zacharias Smith (annoying git). None of them were highlighted as Cedric was, but they each had a small role in the plot.
I believe Tonks and Newt were also Hufflepuffs.
