(Some are Mastodon, those ones have more content than shown in search but microblog content isn't visible to Lemmy)
Even if I could donate to one of them I couldn't donate to all of them.
I used to at lemmy.world, but my current instance doesn't seem to accept donations.

Wish I had some money. But it would also be kinda nice to see how much money they need to fulfill the server costs, while also showing us how much they already get.
I do remember that blahaj zone is rather expensive with some thousands per month I think.
Would be nice to have some transparency about this, kinda like catbox does it on their homepage
I have a quite small instance costing me $223 per year. I outline this and the current donations on my opencollective. https://opencollective.com/thelemmyclub
But I can cover these costs myself so I don't push it much. If we ever grow much I'll probably stop allowing signups, don't have time to run a bigger instance, and the money could begin to be an issue too.
They mentioned it back some months ago, maybe you can still find it in c/main.
Wikipedia style: if everybody who visited gave X we would be funded for 1.5 years.
If I recall correctly, that cost was a large blowout due to an expensive provider, and blahaj has now migrated to a provider that has more reasonable fees.
Do we have a numeric value on how expensive it is currently?
I am asking because of curiosity, but also because I would like to host my own at some point, and it would give me some insight.
