Took me a while to figure out, but this is really unusually clever by social media standards.
I legitimately don't know and can't make out what the top pic is of.
It's the Greek mythology story about Prometheus, who Zeus chained to a rock as punishment for giving humans fire. Eagles would come and eat his (regenerating) liver every day.
