I need your opinion and suggestions on the best Lemmy client to use.

P.S., I currently use Voyager as my client.

Jerboa is great. Free and made by the head Lemmy Dev. Never tried others

[–] [email protected] 1 points 3 weeks ago

Maybe I should try Jerboa too.

Voyager is my favorite, but mlem is a close second for me

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 weeks ago

Glad to hear that you like Voyager too. πŸ€—

Mlem looks the best but it feels choppy as hell. So I’m using voyager instead still quite good and runs smooth.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 4 weeks ago

Yeah, that’s exactly how I feel. The threads look so distracting.

i'm on boost. i've tried quite a few options, but even with the ads, boost just feels like home.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 4 weeks ago

Glad to hear you’re happy with boost, mate.

In use Voyager for my daily driver here on this account and Jerboa for my NSFW account.

I love Voyager for the "hide read posts" and the some of the sitting and layout stuff. I like Jerboa for the erections!

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 weeks ago

Yeah, the β€˜hide read post’ feature really helps me to focus on particular reply that I want to read. πŸ”₯

Thunder ... I currently use it Eternity if you're used to infinity for reddit

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 weeks ago

Thanks for the suggestion, mate.

Mlem on ios as it has the best ui made with swift.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 4 weeks ago (1 children)

But my head feels dizzy after using it. πŸ₯²

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 weeks ago (1 children)

How does it make you feel dizzy?

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 weeks ago

The thread on the feed. Maybe just not suited to me.

I just use Jerboa since that was the most mature app when the Reddit drama happened. I haven't tried other clients because it's Good Enoughβ„’ for me

[–] [email protected] 1 points 4 weeks ago

Good for you, mate.

Liking Voyager, after trying a few unsuccessfully. This is the first one that rivals the old Reddit Is Fun for me

Voyager is the best for me. Used Apollo for Reddit for years on my iPhone, so Voyager on Android just feels familiar and comfortable. Like sleeping in your own bed.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 weeks ago

iOS design language in an Android app creeps me out tbh

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 weeks ago

I’m using iOS but still feel comfortable to use Voyager in my iPhone.
