I haven't checked, but near the green line Zipps is going to be your best bet. They're relatively big and tend to have good selection. You could try Surly's relatively new N/A beer Outlook Good, though that's IPA-style. I like Hairless Dog in general, they take an interesting approach of trying to make beer-like drinks instead of dealcoholizing.
It's also not local, but you can find Athletic Brewing N/A beers in a lot of places around the Twin Cities, lots of groceries stores carry it.
