I don't know how to feel about this. On one hand, I want Cloudflare to suffer, but on the other hand, they do offer ddos protection for a lot of useful pirate sites.

Considering I can look up their supposedly infringed work and literally not even find a single legitimate copy to buy, but hundreds of links to download for free... maybe they just have a skill issue.

“[T]he court finds that, by reproducing the content of the works (books) in dispute, without the consent of the authors, there has been a violation of the patrimonial copyright of the plaintiffs,” the Court of Appeals added.

You know what else reproduces the content of the works, with or without consent from the authors, a... Monitor. All those filthy pirates using monitors to read their pirated books. 🤮 They should sue the monitor manufacturers. Hell, they should sue Microsoft too, for also reproducing the pirated content and allowing them to hit "save" 😡

If ISP's are liable for piracy, so are power utilities.

And we need to hold the people who allowed the company to break ground to provide us those utilities that lead to allowing us to pirate.

And soon we'll have to pass so many ridiculous laws to where we mind as well just go back to relying on oil lanterns and telegraphs.
