Its impossible to tell if this is meant to be transphobic (aggressively misgendering the third party), or empowering (third party is a controlling self-identifying man).
I'd take it as a reference to the stupid "What is a woman?" craze. Would assume the person shown is trans, or an ally.
I don't know you, but you may be over-thinking this. I had no intention of posting something in any way transphobic, to be clear.
Oh, of course not, not accusing you of anything, its just an interesting language quirk. Sorry if it felt like an attack.
