Borborygmus sounds a lot like the Portuguese word for it, which is quite common parlance: burburinho. It’s used for any gurgling sound emanating from the tummy, or to describe the unspecific sound of a room of people.

These are great, learned 2 new words I never heard before. Slightly related, but in fine fettle can also be used to refer to someone in good shape (mentally or physically).
