I know the rule of the game is "rules for thee, not for me", but this is breaking a core tenet of their ideology lmao. He's still conducting business, so his commercial activities would be subject to the rules and regulations that private citizens are allegedly "exempt" from

They're not talking about an actual business. They're talking about their drivers license. But because they live in lala land this is how they word it.
