Good. There's only one time period in which German industry was put to good use (the GDR times- granted, that's still one moment of decency more than can be said for any other western country) and modern Germany has more than killed that legacy. They had their shot, they blew it, and hopefully that industry will never return (to Germany, to the rest of western Europe, and to the Anglosphere).
Until imperialism as a world system is long dead, the de-industrialization of the west is only ever a good thing. Good riddance to bad garbage.
