Tonight is a BLT (with C)
Got a hankering for something Mexican themed with mince, beans and rice! And a beer!
I had freezer burritos (beef/bean & chicken/bean) that I prepped at the beginning of the season for just this occasion, no beer though just bubbly water.
....so tired
Chicken caesar salad with lots more stuff in it.
Change of plans. We had leftover stirfry and rice and I made some kafta in bread with hummus.
