Do you use another lube or you adjust the lube already on the switch?
Another lube, like krytox or whatever. I'm sure it's not 100% optimal to have them mix but it's probably fine
Why are you re-lubricating lubed switches? If you are redoing the lube, are you using a solvent to remove the previous application? What sorts of problems are you having?
I just got into custom boards and I've had Strawberries for two months now. They've been perfect. I can't complain about the factory applied lube.
Because factory lubed switches aren't always lubed the right way that's why, and I much prefer to do it my self with krytox.
Then the best way would be to remove the factory lube using a solvent, or don't buy pre-lubed switches to begin with. Just rinsing with water won't remove any lubricant.
