I think this is only an issue on Windows. At least here on a 7600 running on Linux I don't seem to have this.

This appears to be similar to a bug that was fixed for NVIDIA 4000 series cards as well

AMD should ve fighting for this. Right now when you search for GPU for VR, you get a lot of recommendations to avoid AMD.
