When has it not been?
Mostly notable that western mainstream media is now admitting it.
Even German ones which were even more belligerent than Usian, i wonder what our resident German warmongers would say about it, but the downvotes speak for itself.
Hell i already seen some critical article or two even in Polish media.
I expect that we'll keep seeing these admissions increasingly slip through, but the bulk of western public will keep thinking that it's a stalemate or whatever until the whole of Ukraine collapses.
English would be good.
