Don't know about best, but it's very convenient, accessible, and easy to install.
If all someone is doing is browsing the internet or watching videos it's the best linux distro from an ease of use perspective.

Man you lost the genetic lottery, Cilantro is amazing if it doesn't taste like soap. One of your ancestors screwed your culinary perspective, but this is why fresh Cilantro is in a side dish at my get togethers.
