Hard to directly compare the rings like that, especially since they're of different levels.
A Furor+2 gives you approx. 4 hits in 3 turns, so about +33% damage based on turns. Grim trigger more by weapon level and the lower the mob is in health.
Assume a mob at 75% hp, hit 4 times (in 3 turns) with a +3 weapon, that's about 50% chance of triggering Grim. Arcana+0 would have about 50% chance in 2 hits under same conditions.
