Context: Emmanuele Bassi (@ebassi) (pejoratively called here ebussi) is one of GNOME developers, known for removing "unnecessary" features.

ebussy is a rude prick, to be frank. People like him is why OSS contributors are so low. I had just joined their Matrix, asked a newbie question to work on GTK, got a condescending reply, and well, I left.
