The second racist lady didn't even seem to need the handicapped stall that she was so happy to bitch about being used by somebody else.
Also, if all other stalls are full, the handicapped ones are fair game for the non-handicapped (I say as a handicapped person). Having a disability means you get a special stall, not that you never have to wait.
