He got upset and threw his tray at an at one of the self serve kiosk things going by the article, so sounds like his order was wrong and he turned into a entitled little bitch and took it out on a teenager so he could feel like a man.
He looks like the type of bitch who gets all intimidating when they're dealing with a kid or a woman, but cower when a man calls them out for it, he's gonna have fun in prison.
My take away is that humans interacting with technology makes them violent, and the solution is to let humans talk to humans.
Also there was a study done that swabbed those touchscreen kisok things some years ago. 100% of them had human feces on them.
