Dead or Alive did it two year earlier in β€˜96.

Lara Croft's triangular titties jiggled, but I think that was just because of how shit was rendered on the PS1. Everything jiggled.

I remember some fighting game on the PlayStation where you could deactivate the bounce. Around 96 I guess.

Yup. There were β€œage” sliders on DoA 1 and 2 that only affected the amount of bounce. lol

I don't think that's correct, but I don't know enough about the history of tiddy physics in games. Pretty sure SNK was on the ground floor with Fatal Fury 2.

That's a cool video, but my point still stands. Fatal Fury 2 was released in 1992. And Dead or Alive was also released before half life.

If there were tags on lemmy, I want to tag you "jiggle boobs historian"

[–] [email protected] 0 points 6 months ago

If you use boost for Lemmy, you could do exactly that

At first I was not ok with this. Now I kinda want it on my tombstone.

That was really cool! There was a lot of trivia in that video I never knew about.

Like how the assassins don't throw grenades if you're not looking at them.

But…. Why? They moved too fast to notice!

Because game developers are also humans

[–] [email protected] 0 points 6 months ago

That’s how you can tell them and devops apart.

A real cultured man would NEVER miss the jiggle physics
