tell the service person 我对花生过敏 and see what dishes you can eat. unfortunately peanuts are quite ubiquitous but hopefully they’ll be helpful. i think the number of peanuts varies from cuisine to cuisine as well, you might want to 研究一下 which chinese cuisine has the fewest peanuts
