I know it's a boring choice, but I like the European Robin the best. The reason why is because I see them quite a lot, and they're so lovely. Thanks very glad for asking, and have a nice day comrade.

My pet cockatiel made me appreciate birds more in general so I’ll give it to cockatiels

I love the Q-q'qs, one of the few animals intelligent enough to talk and despite being purely wild animals you can make friends with one.

Is that like a type of parrot

[–] [email protected] 0 points 6 months ago

No they're black birds.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 6 months ago (2 children)

I really love birds, so it's hard to choose one. So I'll choose two.

Here we have the Anu-Preto, it looks like an angry chibi crow.

And also the Biguá, which looks like something out of a dinosaur movie. But don't be fooled, he's tiny.

But all birds are beautiful, specially weirdo tropical birds.

Love cormorants I find them so goofy

[–] [email protected] 0 points 6 months ago

Both those birds look super weird (positive) and both look uber cool

Herons and similar: Anhinga, snake-birds.

Herons in particular are just ridiculously graceful, even when fighting each other, it's like they are dancing.

The great blue heron is probably my second favorite bird so i get what you’re talking about

Sunbird. They have pretty voices and come in SO MANY COLOURS

[–] [email protected] 0 points 6 months ago (1 children)

Looks very pretty I wonder if it is related to any humming birds

[–] [email protected] 0 points 6 months ago (1 children)

They are! Sunbirds are basicially the African (imo prettier but I'm biased) version of the hummingbird

[–] [email protected] 0 points 6 months ago

Huh. Pretty cool!!!

Dodo bird!

Runner up: Raven.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 6 months ago

Both great birds!!!

[–] [email protected] 0 points 6 months ago (1 children)

Rooks. They're the right blend of creepy/ugly/cute.
