This is good and necessary, but it does feel pretty NIMBY unless they ban restaurants and markets from selling factory farmed meat shipped in from other counties as well

Considering its sonoma county its mostly virtue signaling with a hint of nimbyism

Wealthy county moves factory out of county while ensuring they will still benefit from it.

Tale as old as time.
