St. Louis, MO | Gateway to the West

I'm happy we're getting funding for more investment in the city, but the cynic in me worries the money will just be offsetting other things rather than adding more improvements beyond what we'd already be doing. Or that it will go to Ameren and Spire to fix our energy infrastructure (that they should be doing anyway), but even with funding they'll find an excuse to raise rates.
