Everyone has fumbled a relationship with someone who feels like the once in a lifetime hottie. Please just go to therapy and meditate for a few my a day.

in fairness to elon musk pronouns do suck. call me by my first name only

genuinely, why do they suck?

that comment was a joke (i personally do not feel that way) but i do know people who have a tough enough time nailing down their gender that none of the options really feel right

the act is disrespectful, to refer to human beings using pronouns; by referring to people using fully qualified names, respect and humility is shown. pronouns are a declaration of war on the attributed creature, as immense inferiority is implied. societies created names with purpose – and to sidestep names is to break the fabric of culture!

And yet you refer to yourself by pronouns multiple times in that very comment.

"me" & "my" - how very gender-specific ;)

Yea but you'll always need them. I think having too many sucks to keep track of, but other than that I don't care for them

Yea but [AVincentinSpace]'ll always need them. I think having too many sucks to keep track of, but other than that I don't care for them

Fixed that for you by respecting AVincentinSpace's preferred (lack of) pronouns.

I think they are using the generic “you”, which is an English grammar phenomenon I think is overused and should often be replaced with “one”, the unambiguously generic pronoun.
