I'm leaning towards thinking Ubisoft is the marginally lesser evil.

One is a video game company and the other is a fascist who is helping to dismantle the US government. Ubisoft at its absolute worst doesn't even come a million miles close to Elon's evil.

This the most crazy take I've ever seen. One guy is actively dismantling the government and attempting to steer us into an Oligarchical White Nationalist Ethnostate, and the other is a video game company that overcharges and under delivers sometimes.
You are underestimating how awful the upper management/ownership of Ubisoft is. Their treatment of their employees and their attempted sexual assault cover up. Not just their shitty anti-consumer practices.

Kay that's just the cost of doing business. Literally every company treats their employees like rungs on a ladder and would try to cover up sexual assault before addressing it. That's just business. It's still scummy, but that's the sort of scum I've come to expect from this world. It's the devil I know.
Elon is a neo-facist, and he's using his companies to accomplish his goal of normalizing fascism. They're not comparable. It actually legitimizes Elon when you compare him to them. I don't see anyone at Ubisoft ziek heil-ing twice so no one can misunderstand them. Elon's done it a few times.

In terms of consequences yeah you are right. But for once I was comparing character not magnitude of consequences.
If he could, I would not put it past Yves Guillemot to do exactly what Elon Musk is doing.
