Throwback to my previous surgery in Germany. The surgical site was infected making the healing impossible. At some point I was bleeding so hard I decided I'm gonna try to sleep it off, because I thought I'd die if I tried to get to the hospital due to the movement possibly making the bleeding worse. The next day I went to the hospital. I lost so much blood I was barely functioning, but they did a blood test from many vials regardless. The surgical site looked awful. They found it was infected... And then didn't get me anything for the infection saying the infection rate was too low. So I spent over a month not healing because my body was cut up trying to recover from that AND the infection. I had to go to a regular doctor to get something for the infection, but he couldn't prescribe me the right treatment... Because it can only be prescribed by a hospital. I still have issues with the surgical site to this day.
Oh, and they prescribed me sitting in very shallow baths. When I said I don't have a bathtub they recommended me to get a plastic bowl big enough to sit in. Like I can magically spawn one at my home. I could barely move. Not to mention how hard it would be for a person in my state to get up from something like this or even to lift it to empty it. Ironically, the whole ordeal was by far my best experience with German healthcare. :)))))))))))))))
