There are two questions here.
Why do men commit more crime? That's simple, we're wired for aggression and risk taking.
Why do men get arrested so much more? Less simple but still, women are privileged to be on the favorable side of a pernicious social bias and we are not.
As a male I can confidently say its a combination of rage, pcp, and being highly motivated.
Just gonna be an average Internet user and only read the headline, but commiting crime and being arrested are not the same thing. See also black people in America
My money is on them just not getting caught as often.
Or better community support to prevent them from getting as desperate.
100% of criminals is created by them though
